scha: sejak bersekolah

my baby boo dah besar..
now dah pandai tulis nama sendiri..
kat school teacher/aunty panggil delisha sbb ade 2 zara kat sana..
and when teacher asked scha nk panggil zara or delisha.. scha said she preferred delisha.. hehe good girl anak mommy ni..

now dah ada hobby baru.. setiap hari nk buat coloring.. x jemu2.. lepas tu tulis nama sendiri.. clever girl!..
and yg ada pic frog tu.. hasil class art kat school.. cute!

be a good girl ok sayang.. mommy so proud of you my lil baby!

Kids meal Recipe : Chicken and Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 BBQ chicken
• 500g dried rigatoni pasta
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 500g jar tomato pasta sauce
• 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
• 100g baby spinach leaves

Method:

Remove skin and meat from chicken. Discard skin and bones. Roughly chop flesh.
 Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions, until just tender. Drain. Return to saucepan.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until tender.
Add onion mixture, pasta sauce, chicken, 3/4 cup cheese and baby spinach to hot pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss gently until well combined. Spoon pasta mixture into a deep baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Kids Meal recipe : Carbonara pasta

ingredients:
-pasta (ada mcm2 jenis pasta, pilih ikut suka k, kalau nk beli baby pasta pun ada yg alphabert, yg cartoon2 pun ada, tapi myra pilih yg biasa sbb bley kongsi skali yg untuk babies tu pasta dia kecik2 ;p )
-prego tin ( ada mcm2 flavour *mushroom, beef, cheese & banyak lagi la
* tambahkan sikit je nk bagi ade perisa)
- fresh milk
-cheddar cheese (hiris2kan)
-parmesan cheese
-cut chicken/beef/sausage with cheese (kalau nk letak sausage, amik sikit je sbb banyak2 x bagus ;p)

ok mula2 panaskan air dlm 2 cawan, pastu masukan fresh milk 2 cawan, pastu masakkan pasta satu cawan, masukan cheddar cheese & satu/ dua sutu prego cheese/ mushroom flavour. boiled semua tu dlm 7 minit.
seblom angkat test dulu pasta tu dah betul2 lebik ke tidak. kalau dah lembik angkat dan taburkan parmesan cheese on d top..

Kids meal recipe: Chicken Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
• ½ head cauliflowercut into florets
• 60g butter
• 1/3 cup plain flour
• 3 cups (750mL) milk
• 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
• 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
• 1 cup grated tasty cheese

Topping

• 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
• ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
• Finely chopped zest and juice of 1 small lemon

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter the base of a 2.5 or 3L casserole dish or 6 individual dishes. Cook broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer or the microwave for 4-5 minutes until just tender and drain well.
Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in flour and cook, stirring, for one minute. Gradually whisk in milk to prevent lumps forming; add salt (if using). Bring to the boil, keep stirring, until the sauce thickens.
Stir chicken, cheese and vegetables into sauce. Spoon into prepared dishes.
Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and lemon zest and juice in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture. Bake for 20 minutes until top is golden and crunchy.

kids meal recipes: starry bread with chicken stew

 starry bread with chicken stew

Tekap roti mengikut acuan bintang. kalau x de acuan potong bucu2 jadi mcm bintang ;)

Bahan2 stew.

1. ayam setengah ekor potong kecil
2. bawang kecil hiris (3 ulas)
3. bawang besar potong dadu (2 biji)
4. kentang potong dadu (2 biji)
5. carrot potong dadu (2 biji)
6. tepung gandum (dua senduk)
7. kicap manis (1 sudu)
8. black pepper (1 sudu)
9. air 4 mangkuk (ikut citarasa banyak mana nak air)


Cara2

tumis hirisan bawang kecil sampai perang. masuk tepung gandum. goreng tepung gandum smpai jadi keperangan. masuk air. masuk ayam, biarkan selama beberapa minit. masuk kesemua bahan. selalu gaulkan supaya tidak hangus di bawah. masak sehingga kuah menjadi pekat. tambah garam dan gula ikut citarasa.. dah siap dihidangkan ;)

Day 2 and 3 at school

Day 2..

balik dgn mood nak nangis..

slow talk dgn scha baru dia nk buka mulut cerita yg tadi kat school ade boy tolak smpai

jatuh tangga ;(.. patutla merah kat pp masa balik td.. alalala cian anak mommy..

but its ok sayang.. mana2 school pun mesti ade yg ala2 notty mcm tu.. especially boys.

hyper sket kan... x bley manja2 sgt k sayang.. standup for ur self! scha kata dia btau teacher and teacher marah boy tu.. ok that's good.. jgn kene bully kat school okeh... so nk ceriakan mood si kakak ni semuala .momy terus bawa pegi secret recipe mamam her fav cake. ;) hopefully esok lebih baik k sayang..

 Day 3

Alhamdulillah... today kakScha balik dgn gumbiranya.. with her BIG smilling face! hehe

terus je laju bercerita td main color2.. she got new best fren .. nama dia Ayra and Khadeeja.. teacher pon btau mommy.. kemana2 bertiga.. hehe

yay! balik terus g mekdi beli her fav chicken burger. setiap kali balik kene upah okeh! alhamdulillah harini berjalan dengan lancar.. scha cerita hari ni teacher read story book.. lepas tu teacher kata " sit on the yellow line"... makan bread n cheese.. main slide.. and many more... yay! im so happy to hear every single word yg scha describe betapa happynya pembelajaran hari ni..#imahappymommy #yay

First day and First time to school

wohooo... my baby is a big girl now!...today is her first day at school... ohh *tears..
how time really flies kan.. rasanya baru je lagi lahirkan scha... and now scha dah masuk school..
well.. we decided to send her to Brainny Bunch International islamic Montessori.. hope princess mommy ni dpt menimba ilmu.. dan menjadi anak yg cemerlang dunia dan akhirat.

Happy new Year.. 2013.. time really flies..

pejam celik dah masuk thn baru.. and im getting older..arghhh

tick tock tick tock.. a few days more and bertambah la satu angka lagi.. 

alhamdulillah 2012 treats me well.. banyak wish dah tercapai dan moga thn 2013 akan membawa lebih rezeki, kesihatan yg baik, perhubungan yg sentiasa manis dan bahagia...

its sunday!

hey'all..... last sunday mcm biasa aktiviti jalan jalan lagi.. saturday ke rumah ayahngah tgk baby riyard.. my first newborn nephew.. pics baby riyard mommy buat entry lain k ;)

so we all jalan2 on sunday. sunday morning teman scha ber iceskating lagi.. tgh hari baru siap main2 then lunch kat  marche.. lepas tu g ikea beli meatballs and gravy in a pack buat stock kat rumah. sebabnyeeeee scha asik la intak nk makan meatballs.. puas la nk melayan dia tetiap selang berapa hari nk g ikea.. hehehe. sudahnya simpan stock. anytime can cook ;) kali ni banyak pics mommy n baby ralphael smbil menunggu kak Scha ber iceskating..

next weekend maybe ulang aktivity yg sama.. ada sesiapa nk join us?? ;)

so sorry sayang.. no fancy party for you this year.. banyak sgt aral yg melintang.. thn depan insyaAllah mommy n daddy promise kita buat big party for u ok sayang.. well even tho x de big fancy party this year.. but STILL ade celebration for u syg.. so far dah 2 kali party.. first with couzie.. second with beloved mama and babah and aunties and uncles.. next gonna be a small pvt party with BFF... insyaAllah..we ♥ u sayang.. u will always be our baby! mwahh
