Sambal ikan bilis rangup ni boleh simpan lama.. paling best consume sambal ni je ngan nasi panas.. serious bertambah2 hahaha.. hmmm rase nk tepek semua resepi kat dlm blog ni.,., so semua agak2 tak ingat nk masak boleh buka blog and tgk balik resepi... lama x update blog.. banyak sgt kejadian lately ni.... takpelah nantui mommy update dlm entry lain k.. jom layan resepi sambal ikanbilis rangup dulu...
Ingredients needed;
* Small onion - 8
* Cleaned anchovies - handful
* Dried red chillies - 10
* Chilli padi - 6 (optional)
* Half lime
* Salt to taste
STEPS:
1. Start by frying anchovies. Set aside.
2. Then, shallow fry small onions & dried red chillies. Set aside.
3.Start by pounding small onions, followed by dried red chillies & chilli padi. Add salt as well.
4.Then, add in fried anchovies & semi-pound as well. Add in salt as well.
5.Finally, squeeze in half lime & check taste.
Ready to be served.
